
Cinnamon Chia Pudding! (v+gf)
This pudding is full of antioxidants, omega 3's, fiber + all of the amazing benefits of probiotics (vitamin/protein absorption, energy levels!).
Ready in an hour with only five ingredients, so get going #WeloFam!
Ingredients
- ◦ 1 Cup Plant-Based Milk
- ◦ 1 Tbsp Coconut Nectar
- ◦ 1 tsp Vanilla
- ◦ 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ◦ 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
- ◦ 2 Welo Kids Chocolate Chip Probiotic Bars
- ◦ Berries (or any fruit/toppings!)
Instructions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
- Let it sit for at LEAST 1 hour.
- Roll the granola bars into small balls & place on the pudding with berries/toppings!
