Cinnamon Chia Pudding! (v+gf)

This pudding is full of antioxidants, omega 3's, fiber + all of the amazing benefits of probiotics (vitamin/protein absorption, energy levels!).

Ready in an hour with only five ingredients, so get going #WeloFam!



  • ◦ 1 Cup Plant-Based Milk
  • ◦ 1 Tbsp Coconut Nectar
  • ◦ 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ◦ 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ◦ 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds 
  • ◦ 2 Welo Kids Chocolate Chip Probiotic Bars 
  • ◦ Berries (or any fruit/toppings!)



  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
  2. Let it sit for at LEAST 1 hour.
  3. Roll the granola bars into small balls & place on the pudding with berries/toppings!
