What you need:
- Chia seeds - 1 cup
- Water - 1 3/4 cups
- Cornstarch - 2-3 cups
- A large bowl
- Food colouring
- Combine the chia seeds, water and food colouring into the large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Cover and place the bowl in the fridge for overnight.
- Slowly add cornstarch one cup at a time.
